Fast Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day (Weekdays) DELIVERY Time: Depending on your location, delivery takes between 1 to 5 business days after dispatch. Reliable Couriers: We minimize delays by partnering with the most reliable courier companies in South Africa and provide tracking numbers for all shipments. Urgent Deliveries: For urgent deliveries, please contact us as soon as you place your order to discuss possible additional costs for urgent deliveries. Door-to-Door Service: All orders are dispatched with a courier directly to your door. Delivery Acceptance: Ensure someone is available at your provided shipping address to accept deliveries. Additional Charges: Additional courier rates and other charges may apply based on the order. RETURNS: In the case of us sending you the incorrect product, please send us an email to summerandlove05@gmail.com within 24 hours with your receipt and courier slip. We will then allocate the courier to collect the item from you in its sealed, unopened and unused state in its original packaging. We will then examine the items once it is received and give you feedback. Should the product be correct you will be allowed to choose another item of same value. If the product shipped was the wrong item, we will then send you the correct item. Please note that shipping charges may arise should the product be used, missing, damaged or if the correct item was sent back. We will always strive to resolve customer queries as quickly as possible.
